Freshwater Crocodiles are usually considered not dangerous to humans unless they feel threatened.

I was still being very wary of this crocodile because:-

(1) I didn't know what sort of a mood it was in;

(2) Who made me an expert? Maybe it's not a "freshie";

(3) Even if it is a "freshie", there may be a "saltie" lurking near by; and

(4) I knew that the friend I was with could run faster than me.
